Because each piece is made specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has entered production.

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about sizing, design, or diamond specifications, our team is happy to assist before you purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will work with you to repair or replace the item as appropriate.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because each piece is made to order and production begins shortly after an order is placed, requests to modify or cancel an order may not be possible once the order has been submitted. If you need assistance with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
